It's Raining, It's Pouring

I am so confused.

Today is November 22nd. We are three days away from Thanksgiving.

This is northern Indiana.

It is 64 degrees out. And it is raining.

Yes, rain. Not snow. Not ice. Rain.

However, checking the weather channel, I see that everyone will have a sore throat tomorrow. In the next 36 hours, we will experience a temperature drop of more than 40 degrees and by tomorrow night will be below freezing.

I'm no meterologist. I know absolutely nothing about weather patterns or anything, but I swear that this is not normal. I was bred and fattened up here in this region and I cannot remember it being so warm in November.

For this entire week, it looks as if we will be above freezing during the day and around or below freezing at night. Either way, I'm gonna enjoy it!

Hope your Thanksgiving blesses you with beautiful weather and wonderful gatherings!

Same here in MA - exactly the same. Except we already have sore throats and body aches - four out of six of us. I am simply Refusing to accept we may have the FLU. :/
