So, after dinner, as a bribery technique, we busted out the box of Teddy Grahams....and it's one of the primary foods that we allow our kids to play with (yes, I said one of...there are others).
*Hold on. Gotta grab a handful of chocolate bears.***Ok. I'm back.*
As we
Jose likes to play a game with his...
See, you put the cookie on various locations of your face and try to gently wiggle various muscles and shake your head in different ways to make the cookie slowly make its way to your mouth. Many cookies were eaten off the floor. But it was hilarious to watch and I cheered the loudest when he actually got to eat them, untouched by the floor.
Isa liked to combine...
She didn't want to eat her dinner, so we bribed her...one bite of rice earned her bread. Another bite got honey. And a third bite got peanut butter. She then had to eat a bite of quesadilla to earn one cookie. Once she finished her sandwich, she got a few more Teddy Grahams. I do believe her favorite was the bear shaped cookies that was imbedded into her sandwich.
Teo liked to just eat them...
(And by noting the bear in his collar, stash some away!)...He was eager to show me his cookies, no matter what phase of eating...
Teo joined us in making them dance, fly, sing, ninja kick and all the other actions that Teddy Grahams should be able to do before meeting their untimely, yet delish death...
And as for me. I take my time...
Three rounds of nibbles....they fought hard, but my mouth perservered. And soon, they were in my tummy with the dinosaurs. I do believe the dinos have stopped dancin' a jig in there.
So...how do you teddy???
