Okay, so let's take a guess at how the large bright blue spots got onto the new (less than a year old) tiling? Wanna guess why they were permanent and are STILL not coming up entirely after a intense cleaning session of 409, rinse, bleach, rinse, and toothpaste, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat?
